Personally, I think Europe is a poor example of how things should be done. It's largely emasculated, still dominated by a mostly unelected elite and has introduced an enormous set of fairly unique problems, from which they may not recover for centuries.
There's a lot of unhappy people suffering from a large unhealthy dose of political correctness.
