Man, I never realized just how partisan I am, being not a member of a particular party.

I'm just a crazy man who expects the response to the question "Can the president kill US citizens on US soil without a trial" to be an unequivocal "No" every time it is asked.

I'm silly to think that since every branch of our government has powers today they did not have two hundred years ago, it might be good to ask about things you'd think might be obvious.

The closest thing to an acceptable use of drones on an American in US territory would be to target an actual traitor/spy who's actually fighting with an actual invasion force, in which case that person would no longer be considered a US citizen anyway, and the soil he would be on would not actually be controlled by the US anyway.

Those things are just another tool that can be used/abused. As mentioned, for eyeballing the border = a very good tool.
