indy, i posted what the law says a person is. it's the first section of the us code. we're talking about the legal definition of X, which means, exactly, "what the law says X is". go look up merriam webster of what "legal" means. it means of or relating to the law.
so the US congress has stated that, for things regarding the law, persons includes corporations. the us supreme court has said the same. don't try to play semantic game here. you could argue that the law is wrong to do so, but you can't argue that the law doesn't say what it explicitly says by posting cartoons of clowns because that makes you look like one. it's not tortured reasoning to say "well the law explicitly says this" because that's what the law explicitly says
