I don't think the world's going to end if we were to start throwing a few Lloyd Blankfeins in prison.

The ripple effect described previously certainly isn't going to happen like that in... the Hamptons.

Plus, throwing endless minorities into prison for non-violent drug offenses achieves literally nothing--showing CEOs that if they destroy our economy via fraud there will be consequences accomplishes on so many levels and protects the nation's fragile economy.

Yeah I was joking about WS. And of course sentencing disparity for minorities is vile as well. Our whole prison system is a complete national embarrassment that everyone forgot to be embarrassed about.

And ain't it amazing that we call ourselves the land of the free and we have a higher incarceration rate than China or Iran?

Watch yourself euro. We may have our problems but at least we aren't subjects of a royal family like you game-of-thrones-esque joke of a country.

And really for the most part the two major tools to dismantle our liberties were so-called "wars": the "War on Drugs" and the "War on Terror."

Perhaps that explains why the War on Drugs continues to be funded while failing for decades--it keeps the prison occupancy rate up.
