It is in jest until the reforms these people are suggesting are in place. At that point, sheer logic rules all, and it follows that deadbeats should be sterilized for the greater good.

Of course its terrifying. So is the worldview being promoted by certain people here. It is what happens when you don't balance logic with emotional concepts like human dignity.
I totally agree that their proposal to exempt men from child support is logical. So is sterilizing those who can't pay for children they helped create. So is executing violent criminals and outlawing reproduction by the mentally and physically challenged. But again... Logic is only half of any good policy.
