You'll have to show me the "majority" stuff you're talking about. Neither of the sources I provided to your argument mentions a plurality.
I did some Googling, because I know I can't actually expect you to provide evidence, and what I found is that three quarters of NRA memberships support universal background checks... which the NRA leadership opposes. So I am willing to accept that on one particular issue, out of hundreds, the NRA leadership it out of line with it's members.
Did you have any evidence that beyond this one issue discrepancy, the NRA doesn't represent it's members?
