Ok, but honestly, can someone give a rational explanation for how to take this guy down for resisting arrest without doing something similar to this? I think the choke hold was wrong, but when your a tiny guy taking on a big guy, you don't play nice.
I brought up the question of whether they should of used a taser, but if he had asthma and all kinds of other problems I think the shot itself might of killed him or the falling over from it might of knocked him out cold.
The guy resisted arrest, bad shit happens when you do that. Also, I wonder how many people have screamed I cant breathe or that hurts or your hurting me when being arrested too.
Quite frankly this man shouldn't of lost his life from this, but to charge murder or something is a big stretch.
