What I meant John was that the people passing these laws, I don't think it's a science-based argument.

I think it's because they're uncomfortable.

But you know what else is a hoot? Like with guns, the people who pass these laws saying they need to be protected are the ones living in the very areas where you're least likely to find transgendered people. Like if they don't pass this law the women's room at Bob's Country Bunker would suddenly overflow with Caitlyn Jenners.

But John you're putting percentage before principle. What if 70% said using the bathroom with black people made them uncomfortable?

I'm not the one that thinks everyone should be able to vote.

However, in regards to race that is discrimination based on a physical characteristic. And just like black face doesn't make you black, lipstick doesn't make you a woman. Genes matter.
