oh do go ahead and define, objectively, what harm is.
if i call a girl a fatty and it scars her for life have i harmed her? is fatty no longer speech? no? why, is mental harm somehow less serious than physical harm? if so, then what limits do you place on "harm"?
not only is this simply not true, as speech is speech regardless of the harm it brings, but it's also a slippery slope of epic proportions.
