There was racism in the past, there's racism now, there will always be racism..
BUT much of the blacks problems NOW can only be fixed by the Blacks themselves.. Violence in black neighborhoods and communities is epidemic.. NO ONE can change that and/or fix that problem except for blacks themselves.. All the laws and legislation and talk means nothing, they have to change things, no one else can..
As for Rangel? Pay no attention to him.. No one here in NY doe anymore.. He's an F'ing joke..
