Anybody following tech news knows that Google purchased motorola pretty much solely for the patents, expressly because they didnt have any/many of their own.
I think Google is trying to force either a patent change, or just get apple to stop suing and start competing.
I have a N810, its a 5 year old device, and constantly I get the question "is that an Iphone"
It only barely resembles the iphone, and its not even a phone.
So this BS apple is touting about ripping off their iconic design is a joke to me.
