The middle man needs out PERIOD. No more part A, B, D, or whatever, no deductables or co-pay. No more gold or silver plan, and other assorted middle man bs. One plan for all, that covers everything. As for pre-existing conditions, we all have one. Its called birth. Actually, a law that requires purchase of a product from a private vendor is total BS in itself imo. If the govt is going to require a service, the govt should provide that service imo. Apparently the SCOTUS must be in bed with the fat cats,lol. It could all wind up as big of fail as the war on drugs. We shall see.
