Roberts has shown he'll do just about anything to keep this bill alive so while this is a clever effort it's also a futile one.

What I'm most fascinated by is the GOP deciding that its one and only function for eight years is to defeat Obamacare. 41 times attempted repeal, one SCOTUS challenge--denied--and one threatened detonation of the country's economy via gov't default (failed).
Now this. It's like the birther thing--an insane obsession/fixation at this point, to the detriment of all else.

So as the economy suffers the GOP House with John Boehner as Chief Bigot and Lunatic will repeal Obamacare for the 46th time. Our government hard at work.

Indy still waiting for you to explain the plaintiff's connection to Republicans in DC. I'm sure there is one but I can't find it. Do you have a source on this?
