Isn't there something in the TOS about blanket statements? Even if we hold to your "politicians" caveat, you are still dismissing an entire demographic. Methinks there is a double standard somewhere close by for this to be tolerated.

Doubtful. Plenty of people can go around saying that all politicians are crooks and liars. This community has never restricted that. If you can condemn ALL politicians, then that is obviously closer to being a blanket statement than just Republican politicians.
