So you guys don't find it utterly fascinating that the architects of one of the greatest disasters of our lifetime in this country not only aren't in jail or ostracized, but instead are making the rounds in cable news or op ed pages offering their "expertise"?

By comparison: Lance Armstong is a pariah now. An outcast. Completely soiled and discredited. Who would have him on their news show for his take?

But when it comes to these guys... nobody blinks an eye?

Simply bizarre.

But also, as I pointed out, God's gift to Democrats running in 2016--tea partiers to the left of me, these guys to the right, here I am: stuck and I am votin' for you...

Because whenever he does, it's always the same result: a) he wants to bomb somebody; b) he's outraged that the liberal sissy president Obama won't follow his advice given his track record of absolute failure.

Example: "Guess who's got a Choner for Iraq--again?"

Or: "Cheney's still mad that Obama didn't get a Choner for Syria."

Or: "McCain's back at it on the Sunday talkers, trying to give everyone a Choner for Iran."

I agree with Indy here. It is very weird for the media to still invite these guys as experts, since they are the people who have been proven wrong on this very issue.

They should be inviting the people who were opposed to the war, not the ones that favored it.

The person who should be invited first is Eric Shinseki. He was the Army chief of staff at the time, and he was right when he told the Bush administration that far more troops would be needed. If people had listened to him, thousands of lives would have been saved, and the surge would not have been needed later on.
