some tribes dropped in population so much they're really lenient with who they consider a tribal member. some, like the iroquois, are really strict and in some cases it has to be patrilineal or matrilineal. oklahoma gets a bit of pass though considering the high population of natives that lived there before homesteading.

i've read stories about tobacco shop and casinos not sharing revenue but to f**k kick out members of the tribe to increase profits? f**k that. i hope they get the shit sued out of them.
