Anyway, even if we were to accept the idea that this was an explainable, non-race related incident, the first lady using a bad example isn't "race baiting."
These two have been some of the most visible, outspoken people advocating openly talking about race issues--to accuse them of race baiting is just wrong.

Obama has never been an outspoken advocate for an open discussion about race, not that I blame him. Given his position as the first black President it would be disastrous for him to do so.
