Looks to me like he didn't want to chase the guy and decided to shoot. Dumbass. I just read the guy had a taser in his body from the officers taser gun too.
Cop shouldn't of shot, man shouldn't of ran away. You have 4 kids man, just comply. Sad day all around.
That and idk why the FBI and civil rights has to be involved, he didn't kill the guy because he was black.

That cop have any previous kills under his belt? He seemed pretty comfortable throughout the video which is very weird after killing someone. I wouldn't be surprised if there's another unlawful killing in his past.
