Galt this is almost as sweet as the day the ACA was originally upheld and you had a complete breakdown on the first page of the thread.

i'm really not that mad about it. roberts turned his cloak long ago and such rulings are expected
if congress really meant something else let congress fix the mistake. just because it was rammed through bypassing senate rules and wouldn't stand a chance to be passed again doesn't mean that the judiciary should fix their mistakes. The Congress Writes The Law. if the ACA is law, fine, but what they wrote is law. and what they wrote was specifically referring to a state

So you think Congress intended to provide tax credits only if insurance was purchased through a state exchange but not through a federal exchange? What was Congress's rationale for this extremely odd bifurcation of the provision of tax credits?
