dylan is correct. people end up having not-real relationships with other people. in a time of increased "connectiveness" it is actually doing the opposite and destroying interpersonal relations. and when they do interact what do you even talk about? you've followed their life from behind a computer screen and there is nothing to catch up on. and it's destroyed our imagination and curiosity of the real world. what do you do when you're in an airport waiting? what do you do when you are getting up? what do you do when you are bored? can you keep your mind occupied, or do you turn to the screen?
