Eh. I could cite a lot of the recent gay marriage decision in a brief arguing in favor of polygamy. If marital freedom becomes a right it becomes becomes a lot easier to argue polygamy should be a right as well.
Think of this way. This opinion indirectly says the government can't tell you who a consenting adult can and can't marry. The application to polygamy is there.
