It'll be really interesting to see how this plays out, but now that Obama doesn't ever have to run for office again, I could see him actually favoring marijuana legilization.
At the very least he'll tell the DEA to go light on enforcement.

Also the earlier SCOTUS ruling applies in full effect. It's literally directly on point and explicitly forecloses states from legalizing teh dope.
