I say again:
So...other than drugs of course. Which things would you like to see legalized so we can cook up more favorable incarceration numbers? Or, which things would you like us to just look the other way over, and not impose penalties? And what percentage of those incarcerated are guilty of those things as it now stands?

There are two basic positions here:
1: Some races have an inherent criminal tendency that other races do not share. The incarceration rates reflect this reality and are thus equitable.
2. There is some social reason for the disparity in punishment. The incarceration rates reflect this reality and are thus inequitable.
My point is the latter. Your's is the former.
