Exploited imagine if all those harsh things you said about millennial's came to light in 2019, and by then generationism is the new thing everybody is up in arms about, and your statements about millennial's are published and there's an immediate outcry and everybody wants you fired FIRED damnit!
Just consider it. Consider whether you expressing your beliefs should be a grounds for you being run out of a job because those beliefs later became taboo.

so when it's something you agree with, it's wrong to fire someone over it, but when it's something you don't agree with, it's okay to fire someone over it.
