Of course the United States is one of the most coercive governments in the world. How do you think you guys got on top, lol? By asking nicely?

As for issues of race and imprisonment, nobody can make a serious argument that the justice system isn't insanely biased against blacks and poor people. When it comes to blacks, they get hit with far harsher sentences, far more frequently, and that is due to being both black AND poor. The police can do almost anything they want to such people, and they will never face any repercussions for doing so. The massive scale of harassment, assault, murder and oppression faced by poor blacks is simply undeniable. As is the fact that the given justification for why it's okay for America to intervene applies perfectly to Ukraine and Russia.

A corrupt government is overthrown violently, and the new government plans on joining EU and NATO, placing NATO troops just 750 kilometers from Moscow, and within range of just about everything important in Russia. They have a perfectly legitimate excuse for intervening, and the fact that they've managed to do so without killing anyone is actually quite remarkable.

Either you take a stand to protect national sovereignty regardless how it harms your own interests, or you just admit that the reason why Russia should be militarily opposed is because you can't stand other people behaving like you do.
