Depends what organizers do. What I can tell you for certain is that protesting doesn't matter when there is no real incentive to talk or acknowledge the protestors. Why should any cop give a f**k?
When they start fearing the alternative to listening is when organizers will start succeeding and I'll be able to rub this convo in your face.
