What Dharma is saying is that the NSA preemptively coopted the digital currency movement, so that once it's revolutionary potential is about to be achieved, they can subvert it. Which goes to show just how threatening digital currencies are to our capitalist overlords.

I for one love how everything can be explained by conclusions Dharma reached months ago. Bonus: no matter how things turn out, it's the governments fault.
