The saddest thing is, what is going on with the ACA right now is considered "working," yet half of the legislation, primarily the employer mandate, has not even gone into effect due to unilateral delays. I'll admit that the situation isn't horrible right now, but it's not where I or others, such as Uber, feel it should be after 3 years of pre-planning before the ACA rolled out. They had 3 years to get their shit together and this is what they roll out with? Not impressed, and to think this is the government some of you want to run a single payer program. Haha yeah right. They can't win a war in Iraq in less than a decade, are still in f*cking Afghanistan, are 17.6 trillion dollars in debt and even with three years of time to prepare for this roll out, can't even get it to run smoothly. I swear, the people that support either party that feel the government is competent at running anything or that think if we just get the right people in things will get better remind me of a woman trying to make a reclamation project out of their douchebag boyfriend. Not happening. Signing up via the exchanges at first was dreadful (it has improved) and there still is no sure payment system for those who got insurance through them. I did not expect perfection, but come on man. Can you imagine what the shit storm would have been without those mandate delays by Obama? Obama imagined it and that's why he delayed them until after the midterms.
