Which is something none of these people in their lily white suburbs talking about "destroying their own community" will understand. The community has been destroyed by decades of the war on drugs, the loss of entry level jobs, abuse by the police and police neglect of crime. There is nothing left for them to destroy, there is only kindling for a smoke signal to the rest of society.

Could be martial law in certain areas eventually.
