I notice they don't actually claim they can do those things - only that they'd like to. Surely most of that infringes the rights of American women?

I certainly don't see this as a "win for Texas women," as the article says, but I do support the ruling. The feds should have no say over laws made at the state level dictating to whom, and for what purpose, state funds are given.
