Even if these premiums are now being charged at a lower rate than anticipated, it has no impact on the actual cost of the medical care. Somewhere along the line, the total cost is going to be greater than what these premiums cover.

Lefty, you left out what JK said, and PoS said everybody else. Also I might be guilty reading more into what JK and PoS which is the haves are going to end up paying for the have nots.... Which is exactly what is happening now.
Obamacare is only going to change the process in how it gets paid for.
