I would remind people in this thread that's it the Republicans, not the Democrats, who would see women forced to bear children against their will. It's the Republicans, not the Democrats, who have abandoned critical thinking. It's the Republicans, not the Democrats, who support ineffective sex education. It's the Republicans, not the Democrats, who want children to be incorrectly taught that the right's views on evolutionary science and climate science have merit and should be considered to be on a par with real science. And it's the Republicans, not the Democrats, who invade countries under false pretenses, lie about it in order to scare people into supporting them, then have people kidnapped and tortured.

The Democrats aren't the end all and be all, but they outshine Republicans in all respects. Democrats don't make up stories about death panels or infiltration of your government by the Muslim Brotherhood (whatever that is), or seriously claim that global warming simply cannot be happening because the have a storybook that said their god wouldn't do such a thing after the mythical Great Flood. The Democrats aren't great (lots of killing going on abroad, but that's America for you), but at least they deserve to be taken seriously. The Republicans simply don't.
