No, you insist the scoring metrics are flawed. Basically exactly what white people have been doing for 80 years to cap enrollment of Asians and Jews.

I obviously don't tell parents how to raise their children. I see the issue you're getting at.There are socioeconomic issues at play that are largely beyond the power of the government to rectify. But AA is a good step toward remedying those same socioeconomic issues, IMO. A student who attends a good university is more likely to pass on a value for education and ability to do well academically.
