You see, libertarian, the American people are desperate and deserving of a True Alternative™ but it will never happen because the fatcat ruling class refuses to hold their hands and walk them to the polls and make change happen for them. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?! People are expected to take initiative an care about the direction of society for themselves! How unfair! Clearly the deck is stacked. We should just have reform and a better system with zero effort. But the FATCATS will never let that happen. In fact, let's not even try. After all, it would be far better to point out that there is no hope than it would be to actually try and improve things.
