How is 'the status quo won't allow it' a reason for completely ruling out the conceptual possibility of reform and how it might be fleshed out?
Especially considering the entire point of this thread is about discussing whether the UNSC veto should be scrapped.

Well quite frankly since you didn't refuse my statement that this is an impractical argument to which no concrete solution or wisdom can ever be reached, I'm doing to say it's simply not worth my time (i also find the whole idea of intellectually mastrubating with a known creeper online somewhat...creepy).
