I leave such things to the professional bureaucrats who know how to implement policy. Without an in-depth understanding of how immigration agencies currently work, going into specifics is useless.

I would say that it is less like Christians and KKK and more like tenth century Catholics and the Crusades. Maybe 1950's southern baptists and the KKK. Maybe 1940's Germans and the Nazi Party.
Certainly not all of Christianity and the modern-day KKK. The scale and threat are all out of whack in that analogy.
