A white professor friend of his gets arrested breaking into his own house because a neighbor thought it was suspicious and didn't realize he locked himself out. The Officer who shows up is black and the professor doesn't cooperate because of his arrogant "Don't you know who I am"attitude and gets arrested. Bush blows up the media with it and immediately has a Beer Summit" with the black cop and white professor. This is done under the banner of "Improvement in race relations."
