i don't understand why people get so upset about "you people". i have said it myself, and have never meant it to describe race, but to describe a group of individuals. if it was "your people" then perhaps it could be taken in a racist manner, but even still, i would proscribe that to the group they are affiliated with. in this case, he's referring to "people who live in chicago" as "you people". the video was pretty clear in that. the only reason it was cut off at all is because they jumped down his throat for starting a sentence with the words "you people". but what is even wrong with it?
