in this case in wisconsin you're saying the judiciary cannot rule on this issue, since they are elected, and money found it's way into elections. every single one of them must sit out if any of them sit out. so then you're back to the initial judge who was retired and APPOINTED and found that there was nothing illegal. the wisconsin supreme court upheld what he found
