It's fine to organize, it's not to force some into an organization. That's the crux of the problematic tribal model. No matter how benevolent the system, the system ALWAYS becomes more important than the people in it or the purpose of the system. When you remove the enforcement to the will of the system, it naturallybecomes beholden to the will of its relavency, thus evolving, or dieing. The people can smarty or stupidly make the choice to leave or stay.

That's just the thing though, people must organize to break out of this system, not create a new one. If it's done right, through the process of organizing itself people will be empowered to become free, responsible adults in relation to each other, not an abstract force or system.

The 1st step in organizing to break from the system is to praise people for make a choice to abandon the system. Off grid life styles should be championed, tax evaders should be seen as humanitarian, and people who want to be left a lone should have that request honored. Then you will find enough smart and power full people that will see value in organizing a way out of this mess.

It's certainly one strategy, not the only one. The problem is voluntary communities are almost always reintegrated because the state's organizational capabilities are just too strong, unless you have complete state/civil collapse. Some groups are resilient though and can effectively occupy such spaces. The Kurds in Northern Syria are f**k amazing in this regard.

The Kurds are successful because of their mindset instilled into the youth. In America/west the people need to shed the crustacean mentality to even begin to find any semblance of independence, and we will find success with our youth.

Hard to find independence when the youth generation is stuck with precarious jobs, saddled with debt, and completely lacking any kind of economic security.

I dont know why the Kurds are different, but other parts of the world it's about survival, so they have different expectations.
