Yea, alternative ideas that DON'T INVOLVE THE GOV'T will be presented to you and you will choke on your koolaid and say "These are discredited memes!!!" and when asked to present a single study that has done so, you change the subject to Romneycare. Or when asked to present a single study that showed Obamacare WOULD work, you scamper off on another subject like a scared rabbit.

how is the ACA just a rhetorical tool when it was actually passed and implemented? otherwise, you aren't saying the same things.
