Conservatives believe in general that casual sex in itself is corrupting the moral fabric of our country. The Taliban believe women are literally second class citizens.

The majority of women aren't feminists. I understand why you would equate the two, because you're a shrill ideologue, but increasingly women are turning away from it. Possibly because the loudest voices representing it are shrill ideologues who resemble cultists. The idea that "rape culture" is a thing is entirely ideological. Is there a "murder culture"? Is there a "theft culture"? A "vandalism culture"? Hey, I have an idea, let's just teach people it's wrong to murder. That will obviously solve all problems. It's not as if murder is a horrible thing that we perceive and are taught is horrible from a young age. As soon as we try that I'm sure all murders will suddenly vanish.
It's just a moral panic on par with the satanic child abuse retardedness that was so popular a few decades ago.

meaning, their position is that women are inferior. it's the only possible reasoning here. men are supposed to be gods, able to act rationally even when drunk. they are supposed to be at a higher standard than women.

i'm not a rapist and i hate rapists. if i had my way rapists would be executed because it's worthy of it. i know far too many women who have been raped. of those only one was raped by someone she didn't know though, and hers is a terrible story: walking down the street alone, slightly intoxicated, she was taken by a stranger into his car and raped. he took pictures, and now she's the only girl i know who refuses to have her picture taken and has breakdowns about it, mainly upset that she can't have her picture taken because it upsets her so much to see flashes, 6 years after the fact. it's pretty f**k horrible and i would eviscerate that man myself if i knew who it was

that said when a woman dresses provocatively it does provoke me. that's what she wants. okay, so she dressed on purpose to provoke others. well somewhere out there is a sick f**k who would take what he wants, and she's strutting around. it's not asking to be raped, no. but it is begging for attention of men's sexual desires. instead of demanding men to be be gods why don't you realize people can be fallible and dangerous and evil and anything else.
