In regards to the abortion comment, no doubt they might do. But it's wrong to impose modern standards on something that is as old as religious texts.

But then the 90 year old source later says Mary stayed a virgin. But it's safe to say that the bible can be interpreted as saying Joseph (an old man) had sexual relations with an under age girl. And seen as the whole Islam debate is an interpretive one, the same crap is in the Bible.

Given that Mary became pregnant by God before she married Joe then she wasn’t prepubesant when he was tapping her fine young ass, was she? Doesnt spain and some other EU countries have ages of consent around 13 or 14 meaning Joseph wasnt doing anything unacceptable by contempary European standards. Now Mo on the other hand......
