"Rape culture" is an ideological construct of third wave feminists. You would be hardpressed to find anyone using that term unironically and not self-identifying as a feminist. So yes, only feminists care about "rape culture".

So show me the numbers proving rape is so prevalent as to be considered a "culture". As opposed to say, murder or theft for example. You have to be completely f**k ignorant not to have an inkling of how academic feminists have played with statistics to pretend rape is much more prevalent than criminal stats show. Of course it's intangible and impossible to measure, how convenient. So you have "estimates". Estimates like the patently ridiculous 1 in 4 women will be raped in their lifetimes, practically an item of faith among feminists, no matter how many times their piss poor methodology and blatant manipulation are exposed, and their conclusions shown to be wishful thinking. It's not a science. It's not even a social "science". It's an ideology on par with marxism, and in fact is based largely upon it, just replacing "capitalist bourgeois" with "men" and "proletariat" with "women". They already have their conclusions worked out, they merely attempt to fit all evidence into that framework, carefully discarding anything that may contradict it.

Again, if you think being smeared and "slutshamed" is in any way comparable to what would happen to a woman raped in an area ruled by the Taliban, you have not one f**k clue. many women consider "bad decisions", where two people are both drunk, as rape. that inflates the numbers so they say 1 in 4 being "raped"

i'm not saying they really don't believe it themselves. i knew one woman who got very upset about it and upset about how he wasn't kicked out of college etc but she had to see him around etc etc. but if i was to guess he wasn't in control anymore than she was, they made bad decisions together, this doesn't make it rape, unless you want to claim that the male is superior to the female and should be held to the standard of the God that Man is

The marxist roots of modern feminist ideology are clear as day to anyone who isn't a complete buffoon. That you would pretend linking the two is bizare is just yet another symptom of your blatant ignorance.
But yes, sure, 1 in 4 women are raped on campuses. It's truly an epidemic. Your shrill pointless one liners have entirely convinced me. Title IX is necessary so that academics with no background in crime or law can sit in judgement. Maybe we can have school boards administrate the guilt and punishment of murderers next.
