Yes a black man is more inclined to get the crap beat out of him by the police, but I really can't... I mean Eric Gardner come on dude. You know you are sick as hell. You're 6'5 330 pounds and you are telling police officers what you will and will not do and swatting them away WTF did you think was gonna happen they give you a lollypop and send you on your way?
If Garner would have acted like a normal person he would be alive today. And I do not believe the officers were intent to kill him whatsoever. yes chockholds are illegal but none of this happens if Garner uses common sense

MLK, for all his awesome, came in late...had a sympathetic judiciary....and was not attacking the centers of power.
it's easy to beat up on Alabama. it's hard to fight New York. As I mentioned before we don't need a revolution to mitigate this issue, some moderate reforms would do it, but nothing will be done anyways.
