well according to some radfems all penetrative sex is rape as a woman cannot consent to sex with a man under any circumstances.

All you guys want to talk about is two people who are drunk. The examples I've given have nothing to do with that scenario.

All of these rules apply regardless of intoxication. Explicit consent is the rule. If at anytime she withdraws consent, whether she says No or not, you are open to a rape charge. Perhaps she felt intimidated - maybe she thought you'd hurt her if she said something. Or maybe she decided later that it was a mistake. All of these things happen because consent is a very tricky issue.
