Additionally:
- Revise the commerce clause to include only the physical exchange of items (goods, services, electrons, light, sound, etc.) across a state's borders, or disputed between two states. Also, the Fed only has jurisdiction when that item crosses a border, not once it's within the state. (If you grow weed, you only have to get Fed approval if you transport across state lines. If you run a TV station, you only have to get Fed approval if you transmit across state lines.) Because they aren't "commerce", this does not forbid the Fed from regulating things like human rights.
- Establish a method by which each state must follow when vetting a candidate for a Presidential election. While I fully believe that Obama is American, there is no legal framework that requires him to show proof. Within a state, when a politician registers as a candidate, they have to show that they have lived within a district for a certain number of years, or whatever. For President/VP, there is no such mechanism. State that every candidate must submit to Congress a birth certificate or other official document (certified letter from a state official) showing their place of birth and age.
- Allow naturalized citizens to become President.
