Elements of the US government have actually subverted the purpose and scope of constitutional government. We need laws that protect the heroes who expose this type of criminal behavior.
This form of internal subversion is actually the greatest security threat we face as a free people. A few "terrorists" aren't ever going to remove the freedom of US citizens but a rogue government agency seems to be doing just that as we speak.
