his own party is destroying free trade agreements. sure he devoted time to TPP and to european trade agreements but they are not coming to fruition. that said i agree that doing those things, if he could actually do them, would be good. but that doesn't address how he fumbled on syria and ukraine, which were cheney's complaints.
the problem with ukraine has to do with the US's word on nuclear proliferation. if we never gave our word... that's one thing. but we guaranteed their border integrity in exchange for them giving up nuclear weapons. and here we are while putin has parades in crimea. why should anyone not get nuclear weapons?
the problem with syria was he said a word about it, when it's not important. whenever the us steps in on things like that we put our finger on a scale and it tips in that favor. as soon as we leave, the scale changes again. best let them work it out, it's not our concern, chemical warfare or no. that would be the UN's call, not the US's. so no talk of red lines, john kerry
as for egypt, the administration is schizophrenic, supporting everybody and denouncing everybody. how can this be coherent foriegn policy? it's not. it's a bunch of hacks. no surprise coming from a politican who came out of the chicago that hacks run things
