OMG - you mean that Congress started a program and then didn't pay for it? That's never happened before!!
Except for Social Security. And Medicare. And Medicaid. And all those unfunded mandates passed to the states. And about a zillion other things that they pass every year.

The "Medicare Must Go Because It Has Fraud" argument is one of the worst ever. It's almost like a non-sequitir.
Solution: get rid of the fraud. You don't throw out the baby with the bathwater.
